5 ways to use Notion to boost productivity!
1️⃣ Daily Habit and Tasks Tracker:
You can create a simple tracker system for your tasks and daily habits.
It shows what has to be done and you just mark it as complete if it is.
You can set up automation to have the same tasks show up daily.
2️⃣ Project Management:
You can create and monitor the progress of projects in work or business.
You can set due dates and create subtasks to not miss key deadlines.
3️⃣ Content Tracker: (This is how I’m currently using Notion)
I can organize posts by idea, draft, and publish status.
I can quickly write down notes to turn into a post.
I can write and edit all of the posts on Notion.
I can keep an archive of all previous posts.
I can plan out my posts for the week.
I can record the post analytics.
4️⃣ Second Brain:
The “Second Brain” is a concept to help you organize your whole life.
Its primary goal is to help its users become much more productive.
It includes task trackers, project managers, schedules, notes, etc.
This is probably the most popular use of Notion.
5️⃣ Sales CRM:
CRMs are more complex systems within Notion that track sales.
You can keep a record of customers and interactions with them.
