How to store your old LinkedIn content as a writer...
What’s the best way to find your old content as a writer on LinkedIn?
Finding a specific post just by scrolling through your old posts is difficult and time-consuming.
Whether you want to reuse an old post or get ideas for a new one, you need a system where you can keep direct access to all of your posts.
You can do that on Notion!
✅ Create a database for your posts.
✅ Organize your posts by completion status.
✅ Keep an archive of your old posts in one place.
✅ Store links to your posts for quick and easy access.
✅ Keep some keywords related to the post topic for an easy database search.
✅ If you want to reuse a post, just duplicate it and move it back to the “drafts” section.
Because maybe some posts will be helpful in the future who knows!?
You can find all of these systems and more in my LinkedIn Content Tracker Notion template! Check out my article below about the template.
In addition to an archives section, here’s what the template has:
✅ A database to write down and keep your ideas and drafts.
✅ A quick creation feature to write down your ideas in seconds.
✅ A calendar schedule feature to see which posts to publish and when.
✅ A notes database where you can write down information you could use in posts.
